Based in almost all boroughs of Greater Montreal, our members become important social actors in their communities.

Hundreds of safety calls are made to seniors to break the isolation and hot meals are delivered

Weekly community lunches and seasonal group excursions and trips are routinely organized for our members

A variety of courses are offered to help seniors practice Italian, use tablets and do gentle chair exercises

Donate to help us care for our elders and provide a safe, healthy and prosperous community for all Montrealers.
