Midi Express meals on wheels (hot meals delivery)

Every Wednesday from 11:30am to 2:30pm, a team of CRAIC volunteers delivers hot meals to seniors with reduced autonomy and who are registered for this service. Meals consist of a pasta dish, main dish with a side of baked potato and sautéed vegetables, small loaf of bread and, occasionally, a piece of cake. A traditional meal is being planned for Christmas and Easter.
